This paper mainly focused in Eco- ecological tourism: a macro standpoint The transition of the Indian economy through green revolution has not only made a country from the food deficit to food surplus but also put forth to ecological imbalance on natural resources like land and water. the International Labor Organization adopted to support serious movements in turn tourism. The share of tourism in national economies and international trade makes it a significant factor in world development, securing balance of payments.Â Within each country, domestic tourism contributes to an improved balance of national economy through redistribution of national income. Similarly Aggravated poverty and environmental destruction, suppress of human rights of local communities, the rights of nature in favour of the rights of corporations, vulnerable local nature, disadvantageous terms of connection between the international markets and local people need attention. Hence, instead of promoting massive centralized tourism projects tied to foreign capital, it is wise to concentrate on the careful planning and development of network of quality locally owned and operated small scale tourism business that are compatible with the natural environment and integrated within the existing structures of local communities and economies.
Today, many of the problems in decision making are done as multi-attribute by some qualified persons. In this paper, a method is proposed in which multiple attribute decision-making is done based on the ELECTRE method in fuzzy environment. Using this method makes it possible to determine the indexes' value based on subjective judgments of decision makers in the form of linguistic variables, and then indicators' values and indexes' weights should be used for ranking options. In this method, the possibility to compare indexes has been provided by using Yager ranking index. Also, in the case study, public transportation systems were ranked based on the determined indexes and applying the suggestive method.

In this paper, we develop a heart disease prediction model that can assist medical professionals in predicting heart disease status based on the clinical data of patients. Firstly, we select 14 important clinical features, i.e., age, sex, chest pain type, trestbps, cholesterol, fasting blood sugar, resting ecg, max heart rate, exercise induced angina, old peak, slope, number of vessels colored, thal and diagnosis of heart disease. Secondly, we develop an prediction model using J48 decision tree for classifying heart disease based on these clinical features against unpruned, pruned and pruned with reduced error pruning approach.. Finally, the accuracy of Pruned J48 Decision Tree with Reduced Error Pruning Approach is more better then the simple Pruned and Unpruned approach. The result obtained that which shows that fasting blood sugar is the most important attribute which gives better classification against the other attributes but its gives not better accuracy..
A new method of segmentation of ultrasound Carotid Artery (CA) has been proposed. Atherosclerosis is the thickening and narrowing of the arteries due to formation of plaque on the walls of the artery. It is one of the major causes of stroke.Intima-media thickness (IMT) is now being considered as an indicator of atherosclerosis. CA segmentation is based on the improvised snakeâ€™s initialization method after the speckle reduction and normalization. All the images obtained here are b-mode longitudinal US images. This computerized method shows closer results as that obtained from manual measurements
Slant angle correction and segmentation of cursive handwritten letters are two necessary but difficult tasks for any character recognition problem. These two tasks have to be accomplished prior to the recognition of handwritten characters. In this paper we have tried to overcome these difficulties by applying a new approach. The paper is divided into two parts. In the first part, the slant angle of the handwritten characters are determined and removed from a handwritten word by calculating the maximum number of black pixels in any direction and in the next part slant angle free characters are separated from the words depending on the concentration of the pixels which form the character.

In a general normed vector space, we study the minimal time function determined by a differential inclusion where the set-valued mapping involved has constant values of a bounded closed convex set U and by a closed target set S. We show that Clarke subdifferential of aminimal time function are representable by virtue of corresponding normal cones of sublevel set of the function and level or suplevel sets of the support function of U. The known results in the literature was obtained only in Banach space.

Today world is running behind the computer industries and pattern recognition is one of the important and vast fields of computer intelligence. Gesture recognition is one of the applications of Pattern recognition and further hand gesture recognition; hand gesture recognition system can be used as an interface between human hand and computer. Our technique provides a human hand interface with computer which can recognize static gestures from American Sign Language. Since 24 gestures from American Sign Language (ASL) are static so, we was able to recognize them. Our objective is to develop a hand gesture recognition system which can recognize most of the static characters from ASL with a good accuracy which can only work offline and is mainly dependent on database.

As such the measures and tools put in place to manage that information to ensure the security of it is important. The researcher investigates the various security breaches and the countermeasures to overcome or manage the breaches. A survey was carried out on Ghana Audit Service using a purposive sampling for sampling various stake holders involved in the auditing sector and hence the results analysed using statistical software (Statistical Package for Social science) and presented in tables and figures and the necessary parameters discussed.

This research paper ComparesÂ mathematically Dynamic Routing and Static Routing.This Research paper Focuses and Examines problems that arise from the fact that dynamic routing never relies on the precise, current information about the network state.Â It is a normal expectation that dynamic routing has to give better results than a static one.Â However, it takes some time to collect information about the network current state, and optimization is always done with that imprecise information. This situation is examined by a complete mathematical analysis of a simple network.Â We show that dynamic routing gives better results than static, as expected, but that the margin is much smaller then intuitively expected.Â Further analysis shows that that minor advantage can easily be lost if there is even a small error in the dynamic routing tables, and actually dynamic routing can easily become worse than static. Quantitative analysis shows that delays in building routing tables can affect dynamic routing performance unexpectedly strongly. The conclusion is that dynamic routing should not try to adapt to traffic changes very fast.
The approach in this paper is to estimate the blood flow in the blood vessel of the dog using fractal model. The justification of the study is to evaluate the blood flow in the blood vessels of the dog using Rate of blood flow, Volume of blood flow, Reynoldâ€™s number and pressure drop. A new algorithm has been introduced to traverse through the blood vessels of the dog.
